Shipping

All orders will be shipped USPS/First-Class Mail immediately upon payment and usually take 4-7 business days. Shipping cost are calculated based on weight and are summarized at checkout. During checkout you also have the option to ship your entire order to your address or to a different address.

When your order ships we will email you a Shipping Notification email. However, sometimes our confirmation emails can be inadvertently blocked because of spam blocking software. Before placing a second order, please check your order history. If your order shows up in your order history, it has been sent.

At Guntower Greetings we are committed to providing only the very finest shopping experience to our customers. Our goal is to take every measure possible to ensure your delight with the products you receive from us.

Guaranteed SatisfactionWe try very hard to exceed your expectations, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and we will extend to you an appropriate replacement or return it for a full refund of the merchandise price - whichever you prefer. Convenience should not come at the expense of quality. At Guntower Greetings, we are committed to providing superior service, quality merchandise and complete satisfaction to you our customer.

Return Instructions

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box. On the back of the Packing List included with your order be sure to give a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is on the way. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
